Financial financing and grant benefits:

General conditions for submission:
There are no age-related requirements to apply for a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate Scholarship.
There are no conditions related to academic levels at any level of study.
(Please note that the application for application is made by the Russian Scholarship Department in cooperation with the Russian Center for Science and Culture or the Russian embassy in your country, and the Russian Center may provide other conditions)
The papers and documents required to apply for the scholarship:
- A copy of the degree certificate translated into the Russian language and certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassy.
- A copy of the transcript, translated into Russian, and certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassy.
- A copy of the passport, valid for at least 18 months.
- A copy of the medical certificate stating that no contagious disease was issued by an accredited hospital in your country and that it was translated into Russian
- A medical report stating that she is not infected with HIV / AIDS, translated into the Russian language.
